Common questions
Every service works standalone. We are happy to handle one shopfront sign, one vehicle or one office fit-out. The benefit comes when the signage is consolidated under one team — but there is no requirement to start there.
For most signage projects we come back within 48 hours. For multi-site rollouts, illuminated work or anything needing a site survey, we respond within 24 hours with timeline expectations and arrange the measure-up.
The location, the signage you are considering, approximate dimensions, brand files or artwork, photographs of the site or vehicle, whether installation is needed, and the timing you are working to.
Standard quoting and an initial site review are part of the enquiry. Detailed design development, engineering, prototyping or specialist access assessments are quoted separately where a project needs them.
Yes. We work from supplied brand files, guidelines or finished artwork, and can liaise with your designer, architect, shopfitter or builder as part of the project.
Our signage team is Melbourne-based, working across the CBD, inner suburbs, bayside and the western suburbs from our Truganina facility. Production and freight for multi-site rollouts can extend further — tell us the locations and we will confirm what we can coordinate.
